Our approach

Capability that outlasts the contract

Anyone can run a course. What matters is whether the organisation can still do the work six months after the facilitator has left — and whether the paperwork holds up when a SETA or a verification agency asks to see it.

  • Programmes scoped against a real skills audit, not a catalogue
  • Facilitators who have done the work, not only taught it
  • Portfolios of evidence built as you go, never reconstructed at the end
  • Reporting that is submission-ready before the deadline

Accreditation & quality

Accredited. Compliant. Capable.

Our training sits inside the national quality framework — delivered against registered qualifications, assessed and moderated, and reported to the relevant SETA. Accreditation is the entry requirement; what clients engage us for is the delivery that follows it.

  • Training delivered against registered qualifications
  • Assessment and moderation by qualified practitioners
  • Learner records, logbooks and evidence files kept throughout
  • Skills spend structured to count on the B-BBEE scorecard

Common questions

Before you ask us
for a quote

The six things employers ask first. If yours is not here, put it in the enquiry form and you will get a straight answer.

Ask us directly
Is ADEA Africa accredited?

Our training is delivered against registered unit standards and qualifications and reported to the relevant SETA, with assessment and moderation by qualified practitioners. We send the current accreditation schedule with every quote — ask for it up front and check it against what you need to claim.

Where does the training take place?

At your site, at a venue, or online. Most clients run on-site because it removes travel cost and lets us use the organisation's own documents and processes as the training material.

How many delegates do you need for a group booking?

Group programmes typically run from eight delegates, and most of our classroom programmes cap at twenty-five so that assessment stays manageable. Smaller numbers are usually placed on a scheduled public date instead.

Can the training be funded through our skills levy?

In most cases, yes. Mandatory grants are claimed back through a Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report, and discretionary grants are applied for separately. We prepare and submit both, and will tell you honestly before you commit if a programme is unlikely to qualify.

Does this count towards our B-BBEE scorecard?

Skills development spend counts when it is structured and evidenced correctly — the right learner profile, a registered programme, and the records to prove it. We structure the programme for scorecard weight from the start rather than trying to reconstruct it at verification.

How long does it take to get a quote?

One working day. Tell us the skills gap, the group size and the dates you are working towards, and you will get a programme outline, a timeline and a price — not a brochure.
